If you notice a mistake after sending a payment — for example, if it went to the wrong person — please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. If the recipient hasn’t yet accepted the transfer, we’ll try to cancel it for you.
Once a Paysend Libre transfer has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. To avoid issues, always make sure the phone number or recipient information is correct before confirming your money transfer.
