Your top-up is ready for you to accept. Here's how to do it:
- Go back to the top-up.
- Press 'Receive money'.
- If you haven't already, you will need to verify your identity. After that, you can return to the top-up and accept it.
You will be able to spend the funds using a Paysend card or withdraw them, if your Paysend account supports this option.
How to verify my identity?
The verification procedure is automated and will be offered via app when necessary. You will need to upload a photo of your ID and scan your face to verify your identity.
