If you've sent a transfer and entered the incorrect reference, no need to worry!
You will just need to wait for your transfer to reach its final status. Unfortunately, once a transfer has been created in our system, the information you have provided cannot be edited. If necessary, you can also contact Paysend Customer Support to explore the possibility of cancellation.
Manual Bank Transfer (EEA/UK) - Missing or incorrect reference
If you forgot to enter a reference or entered an incorrect reference when using Manual Bank Transfer as your payment method, your transfer will most likely be rejected. If we are still waiting for your payment, please wait for the final status of your transaction or cancel it in your application. To cancel:
1. Select the transfer.
2. Click on the three dots in the top right hand corner.
The funds will be returned to your account within 3 business days after the final status of the transfer has been determined or the transfer has been cancelled.
