Over 95% of transfers are completed in under two minutes. If you wish to know at which stage your transfer is and what it means, here’s how you can do that.
How to check the transfer status:
- Log in to your Paysend account.
- Select the transfer.
- Click on ‘View status details’.
Transfer statuses explained:
- Transfer pending: Your transfer was created in our system.
- Payment processing: We're waiting to receive your payment.
- Payment received: Your payment was successful, and we're preparing to send money.
- Transferring money: We've started sending the funds to the recipient.
- Money sent: The recipient's bank confirmed the funds were deposited (some banks may take up to 3 business days to credit the money).
- Failed or Canceled or Expired: Something interrupted the transfer process. Don't worry, your funds will be automatically refunded to you. Refunds typically take up to 3 business days.
