When your Paysend transfer shows as complete, it means we’ve already sent the funds to the recipient’s bank or wallet provider. However, some banks and providers may take a little longer to make the money available.
In most cases, funds arrive instantly, but it can take up to 3 business days for the recipient’s bank to finish processing the transfer.
Keep in mind:
- Weekends and public holidays don’t count as business days.
- Processing times can vary depending on the recipient’s bank or wallet provider.
If it’s been more than 3 business days and the money still hasn’t arrived, we recommend contacting Customer Support so that we can look into it for you.
