If the receiving bank or provider rejects the transfer, Paysend will immediately initiate a refund. However, the refund processing time depends very much on the payment method and the sender's bank.
Most people receive their refund within 1 business day.
However, in rare cases, it could take up to 3 business days to receive a refund. Please note that holidays and weekends do not count as business days.
If you experience any issues with your refund, please send us a request via chat or help@paysend.com. In your request, please include:
- the phone number you provided when you registered, including the country code
- your first and last name
- your email address
- the ID number of the transaction in question.
