You can cancel your money transfer within 30 minutes of sending it — as long as the funds haven’t already been picked up or deposited into your recipient’s account.
This process is simple and can be done directly through your Paysend app or account.
How to cancel your transfer:
Open the ‘Transfers’ section and select the relevant transaction.
Tap ‘Cancel transfer’.
Confirm by pressing ‘Cancel & Refund’.
Once canceled, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
If your transfer has already been delivered, cancellation won’t be possible, as the funds have reached the recipient’s bank or wallet.
