Your transfer was canceled because the payment couldn't be processed. This can happen for a variety of reasons:
- You didn't confirm the transfer.
- The 3DS transfer authorization failed.
- Your bank declined our withdrawal attempt.
- You didn't verify your added card.
Please try again, making sure that the transfer process is not interrupted and that you don't have any payment restrictions imposed by your bank. Alternatively, you can make a transfer using another funding method.
What is 3DS authorisation?
3D Secure authorization is a procedure intended to ensure the security of your online card payments. To authorize a payment, you will typically need to enter a one-time password known as a 3D Secure code, which is sent via SMS. If you haven't received a 3DS code or the 3D Secure page didn't open, please contact your bank.
How do I verify my card?
When you use a new card for your Paysend transfers, Paysend will charge a small verification amount—from 0.50 to 2.50 USD. You will need to press the 'Verify card' button and enter the exact verification amount that was deducted to verify your card. The verification amount will be refunded within 3 business days.
