Your transfer was canceled because the payment couldn't be processed. This means that the Interac request was declined or wasn't paid within the allocated period of 3 calendar days.
If you paid for the transfer but it acquired the 'Payment failed' status, please expect the funds to be returned to you within 48 hours.
Please note that banks might occasionally put blocks on payments. If the funds weren't credited within the expected timeframes, please let us know so that we can look into this.
