Transfers from UK accounts via online banking

To send money from your UK bank account using the Online banking option, please follow the simple instructions below:

1. Click on the 'Send' button in the 'Transfer' section.
2. Select the destination country.
3. Select the desired recipient currency and transfer method.
4. Fill in the required details and click 'Next'. Additional information may be required depending on local laws and service providers.
5. Enter the amount you want to send or the amount you want the recipient to receive.
6. Check the transaction fee and estimated delivery time.
7. Click 'Continue'.
8. For funding, select 'From bank account'.
9. Select a bank from the list provided.
10. Review the transfer details and select 'Confirm & Send'.
11. Proceed with the payment in your banking application or on the bank's website.

Please note that it might take up to 3 business days for the payment through online banking to be processed, depending on the bank provider. Once the transfer is complete, we will automatically forward it to the recipient.

If your bank isn't listed:

• Option 1: Select My bank is not on the list to use a regular bank transfer.
• Option 2: Go back and select Manual Bank Transfer as your funding option.

Next steps for both options:

1. Review the transfer details.
2. Click 'Confirm & Send'.
3. Go to your bank's personal account to pay the transfer.
