You can easily send money from your bank account using Easy bank transfer (Trustly)*. Just follow these steps:
- Go to the 'Transfers' section and tap 'Send'.
- Choose the destination country and the currency you’d like to send (available currencies depend on the specific transfer corridor).
- Select how the money should be received — options may vary depending on the sending and receiving countries.
- Enter the recipient’s details (person or business).
- Type the amount you’d like to send or the amount you want your recipient to receive.
- Choose 'Easy bank transfer' as your payment method.
- Review all details carefully, then press 'Confirm & Send'.
- Select your bank from the list provided.
- Confirm the payment in your banking app or on your bank’s website.
Important details:
- If your bank doesn’t appear in the list, please choose from the available options.
- Transfers made through Trustly may take up to 3 business days to be processed. As soon as the funds reach Paysend, we’ll forward them to your recipient.
- The time it takes for the money to appear in the recipient’s account depends on their bank — it could be within minutes or up to 3 working days.
*The Easy bank transfer (Trustly) option is currently only available in: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.
