The money is ready to be delivered. To receive the funds, your recipient will need to do the following:
- Wait for the call: A Vietcombank representative will call your recipient on the day your payment is processed or the following day between 10:30 and 11:30 AM.
- Schedule the delivery: The recipient will need to specify a cash delivery date and time that works best for them when talking to the bank representative.
- Prepare to receive: Before the delivery, the courier will call to confirm the appointment. The recipient will need to have an ID card or passport ready to show the courier to collect the cash.
Please note:
Delivery times vary depending on the recipient's location. It can take 6-12 hours in urban areas and 12-36 hours in rural areas.
